Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building projects with Office of Physical Plant and design team; submit and coordinate work orders and project requests for emergencies, routine maintenance, and renovations
- Coordinate all aspects of safety including chemicals, lab inspections, radiation, building evacuation plans, and COVID requirements
- Assign, manage, and track space assignments for departments’ faculty, staff, students, and visitors; project space needs for the future and prepare reports detailing needs
- Coordinate furniture and equipment moves and deliveries with OPP Labor Crew, Central Distribution, and outside vendors; maintain and manage property inventory; obtain quotes and coordinate payment
- Maintain key inventory and distribute keys; grant cardswipe access through CCURE and maintain records; serve as Parking Chair for Department
