Luiz Aldeia - Materials for Nuclear Power Group

Luiz Aldeia is a graduate student pursuing his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering at Penn State University. He received his B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, in 2021. His research focuses on multiphysics simulations, thermal-hydraulics, and neutronics. Currently, he is working on low-temperature failures under R.I.A. transients. Some of his hobbies are entomology, wire-wrapping, and playing classical guitar.
