Ece Alat Wins Two Awards

Wins EMS Centennial Graduate Research Travel Award and MATSE Graduate Student Poster Award
On April 8th Ece Alat won 1st place at the MATSE Graduate Student Poster Competition for her poster on the work done in the Materials for Nuclear Power group (seen here). Ece followed up that performance by winning the EMS Centennial Graduate Research Travel Award. The EMS Centennial Research Award is given to exceptional graduate students in recognition of their outstanding research while enrolled in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. Great job Ece!
